ATTENDEES

There are 60 Biology Scholar Alumni attending the 2015 ASMCUE meeting in Austin, TX.  To see a list of attending Scholars and their cohort year, visit: Scholars Registered for 2015 ASMCUE.

There are also at least 3 incoming Biology Scholars who are attending ASMCUE.  They are: Samantha Parks (2015-2016 Research Residency), Tracy Ruscetti (2015-2016 Research Residency), and Padma Seshadri (2015-2016 Assessment Residency).
 

Several Scholars will be sharing their scholarship during the 2015 ASMCUE Poster Session.  Visit the 2015 ASMCUE Abstracts for a peek at their work. 

 

CAPSTONE EVENT

We invite you to attend a session planned for the 2014-2015 Biology Scholars Program Capstone on Thursday, May 28th. Capstone attendees will be members of the 2014 Assessment and 2014 Research Residencies. While the session begins at 2:00pm, we encourage you to show up around 2:30pm to network with "graduating" Scholars and reconnect with Scholar Alumni. The full session description is below.

Leadership and Closure – Jodie Krontiris-Litowitz and Miriam Segura-Totten

In this session, Scholars will learn about becoming agents of change at their home institution, their new role as BSP ambassadors, and available resources for Biology Scholars Alumni. At the end, network with existing Scholar Alumni and learn about their post-Residency experiences.
