Your IRB website states:
"investigators must provide the IRB with copies of all proposed tests, surveys, or questionnaires used in the research. If the measurement instrument is not ready at the time the protocol is submitted, a description of the topics covered by the instrument or an approximate script should be submitted."
Are they willing to never see your finalized instruments? I would check on this. It is a bit unusual.
